This is a non-medical mask to use as an additional measure to keep yourself and others safe while reserving medical grade masks for front line workers. Whilst wearing you should still continue to practise social distancing.

TIPS FOR TRAINING WITH A FACE MASK
Wearing a face mask while you lift is part of the new normal for many. Adapt easily by focusing on your breathing during your workout. Try taking deeper and slower inhales through the nose, as well as slower exhales (almost as if you’re training for running). This should prevent you from getting lightheaded or feeling too claustrophobic, as well as helping to maintain your performance with a steady oxygen flow. Breathing through your nose will also help you decrease the amount of moisture that accumulates on the mask.
