Download your return label and affix to your package.
Send it back to us.
Returns Information
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund (UK customers only), store credit or exchange. Refund returns: £5.99 label fee. Store credit returns: free. An additional fee applies to ship exchanged orders. UK & EU outlet items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Items must be unworn with tags attached, free from wear, washing, damage, or alterations. Items with makeup, tan, deodorant, sweat, or odour will not be accepted.
- Shoes: Clean, unscuffed soles with loosened laces. Shoe box must be in original condition - no tape or labels on the box itself.
- Swimwear: Unworn with all tags and protective stickers intact. Try on over underwear only - soiled items will not be accepted.
- No returns on underwear (unless faulty) or Gift Cards.
- Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to avoid damage in transit.
Faulty Items
- Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images, a description, and your order number. If the claim is accepted, return shipping will be refunded and compensation arranged.
- After 7 days, standard returns procedures apply. Wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.
Returns Labels
Free prepaid label for store credit returns.
Refund returns: £5.99 label fee.
A free plain address label is generated - not a prepaid label.
Take your parcel to your nearest post office to arrange shipping.
If you paid duties on your order, these were paid to your local government and cannot be refunded by Ryderwear. You can apply to your local government for reimbursement.
