At Ryderwear, because we are a company founded by athletes, we have used our sporting experience to create weightlifting straps that we would actually use ourselves. This goes some way towards explaining why our designs are created from heavy-duty cotton for comfort and durability. The use of this material also means that our straps are washable and stretchy, so they can be used by anyone. This is in line with our policy of creating gym gear that suits everyone, although we do tend to tailor them to serious bodybuilders and weightlifters. If you are a beginner, however, we recommend getting some help from a pro – whether that is your personal trainer or a mate who has years of lifting experience – when trying out straps for the first time.
